3 Days Lake Mburo Birding Safari

Early morning departure from Kampala, driving southwest towards Lake Mburo National Park driving for approximately 4-5 hours with a stop at the Equator for a photo opportunity and refreshments.
Arrive at Lake Mburo National Park by late morning. Enjoy lunch at the lodge or camp within the park.
Afternoon lunch you begin your birding experience with a boat ride on Lake Mburo.
Birdlife: Look out for African fish eagles, pied kingfishers, African finfoot, and papyrus gonolek among others.
Evening Game Drive: Explore the park’s savanna, searching for bird species like the red-faced barbet, Nubian woodpecker, and white-winged warbler.
